Come and join the Student Recruitment and Liaison Team for a tour of the TRU campus in Kamloops, BC.

Daily Summer Tours

We offer daily summer tours, Monday to Friday, July 5th to September 3rd, at 10:00 am & 2:00 pm.
Please meet at House 9 - The Welcome Centre. Other times are available on request.

Types of Tours

Group Tours - Whether you’re a school group or community organization, our team will customize a tour for you, and if necessary, help facilitate accommodation, meals, and other activities.

Individual/Family Tours - All interested high school students and their families, as well as the general public, are invited to take a tour of TRU. Coming to TRU this year? Take a tour to get familiar with the campus before you arrive!

What to expect

• Length of tour is approximately one hour (depending on size of group); wear walking shoes.
• A large portion of the tour is outdoors
• Your tour guide will be a current student or recent graduate of TRU
• As you walk around the campus and through many of the buildings, you will learn more about the institution’s history, program offerings, campus services, and other interesting facts and general information.

Where to go

Your tour will begin on campus at House 9 - The Welcome Centre (Student Recruitment and Liaison Office).

The TRU Horticulture Garden Tour

Please come and join TRU Friends of the Garden society for a FREE walking tour of our beautiful horticulture gardens in and around campus
